In addition to our excellent yoga programme, we offer multi-sports, fitness, dance, and gymnastics. All our programmes align with the national curriculum and are delivered by our fully qualified / trained, Enhanced DBS-checked instructors who have all completed safeguarding training.
Our dynamic and engaging lessons are designed to make children genuinely excited about attending PE, helping them flourish & thrive.
Choose the session that fits your schedule: Full Days, Half Days, 1 Hour Session, Lunch or After School Clubs. For the best results and experience in our Full and Half Day sessions, we recommend enrolling in our comprehensive 12-week programme.

Our fun filled educational sessions, build a strong foundation using engaging warm-up games to teaching basic coach lead poses, partner poses, breath work, and relaxation methods through meditation and sound, bringing balance and peace.

We offer a variety of packages to suit different needs and levels, from gentle and restorative to more challenging and dynamic classes. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping children deepen their practice with age appropriate structured sessions, in schools, nurseries and at local events.

Children's yoga promotes physical benefits like flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination, and mental/emotional benefits such as improved concentration, reduced anxiety and stress through breathing techniques, increased self-esteem, and greater body awareness and mindfulness.
